No DMs. A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in Cash ONLY. (If you make a mistake when booking your appointment please text me before making your own changes.) If you can’t make it to your appointment, please let me know 24 hours in advance and your deposit will be issued towards your next appointment as long as it’s within the next 30 days. 𝑷𝑶𝑳𝑰𝑪𝒀: - Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours in advance, will result in your card being charged 50% of your remaining balance. (NO EXCEPTIONS), if this does not take place, you'll be placed on the "No Call, No Show" List where you'll be banned from future bookings. Clients are allowed to reschedule appointments with me once with notice within 30 days. Any attempts after that, you will have to schedule another appointment and put down another deposit. - LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS ( DAY OF REQUESTS ) WILL BE $25 EXTRA. - Appointments requests for outside of business hours will be $30 extra. - Travel Fee(s) apply to any makeup appointments outside of our fixed location. Travel is REQUIRED for all Bridal Services. - Late Fee(s)- If you are not in the chair 10 minutes after your appointment time begins , there is a late fee of $10; 15 minutes: $15; and 20 minutes: $25 and your appointment may be canceled depending on whether or not there's availability after your scheduled time. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. (Please add the appropriate add on service(s) for any makeup appointment seen fit) NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellation Policy
